Attaining Health through Salah and Ablut

I usually come across the people suffering from musculoskeletal problems at different occasions. Most of them receive advice from their Medical men to perform certain exercises to address their issue. Many countries have developed a full network for body fitness in the form of a huge business. People spend huge amounts and spare time to keep fit but still they suffer a lot. This led me to conceive the idea to explore a simple, easy and practicable way to keep fit.

The quest of easy path to fitness made me search through various options. Traditional exercises, Yoga, Diet supplements, Sports, etc. all are different methods to keep your body fit. Each of them has some complication or limitation which renders it unpractical for the common man. I found a lot of stuff on the Medical and physical benefits of Wudu and Salah in a scattered form. I decided to compile it in a comprehensive form to create a formal guideline for the benefit of general public. Studying this booklet can be beneficial both for Muslims and non-Muslims. It is tried to present authentic information only to substantiate the benefits of various movements in salah and different segments of ablution. Anyhow, any error pointed out will be appreciated.

References are provided in the text and terminology is elaborated in the footings. Suggestions will also be welcomed to improve the work at a level to make it more beneficial.
